Matthew joined Spectrum Real Estate Properties in 2023 as a Senior Managing Director and an integral member of the firm’s real estate practice.  He focuses on the development of client relationships in the Chicago River North submarket and oversees all lease negations for new and existing tenants throughout the 774,077 RSF Spectrum portfolio. 

Throughout his 32-year career Matthew has represented various types of users of office, retail, and industrial space in a wide variety of real estate transactions. He has worked with clients locally and throughout North America assisting with strategic planning, operational, qualitative, and financial modeling. Matthew’s market knowledge, work ethic, negotiating skills and vast amount of expertise in global real estate and tenant representation services provides him with a unique ability to successfully represent Spectrum’s interest while achieving mutually beneficial results for both the Landlord and Tenant.

Prior to his real estate career, Matthew specialized in operations, strategic planning, program analysis and client development for many of the top transportation logistics firms in the United States.
